How do you pronounce "DADO"?
We fight about that a lot. Some of us pronounce it as “day dough”, some pronounce it as ‘dad oh” and some, as “dah dough”. Despite those disagreements, we all spell it the same way and it means, to all of us, DealADayOnline!
Can I use my certificate as soon as I purchase it?
Normally the coupon will be valid on the next business day following the day on which you purchase it. That date will be printed on your certificate.
What if my certificate expires?
Certificates do expire and the expiration date will be shown on the deal terms, so you can see it before purchasing, and on the certificate. You should use it before the expiration date. If it does expire prior to use, we are unable to require the merchant to honor it.
When do I get DADO Dollars and how will I know if I got them?
You get DADO Dollars (DDDs) credited to you account when you earn an early purchase discount.
I'm not getting emails from DADO but I signed up. How come?

How Do I buy a deal that I like?
Just click the green “BUY NOW” and you will be taken to another page where you can enter the necessary information to purchase the deal.
If I buy a deal how long do I get to use it?
Each deal will have an expiration date that you can see before you buy it. Make sure that you will be able to use the deal before purchasing it.
If I don't use the full value of my deal in one visit, can I keep the remainder and use it later?
No. You will be required to surrender your certificate when you use the deal so be sure that you will spend enough to get the full use of the deal you bought.
Should I feel safe in providing credit card information to DADO via the internet?
Yes. Your credit card number is securely transmitted using SSL directly Authorize.net. At no time is your credit card information stored on DADO servers or is any credit information retained by DADO in its files.
What if the merchant refuses to honor my certificate or I find that he is out of business?
DADO stands behind its merchants in assuring you that the merchant will honor the discount you purchased. If for some reason the merchant is no longer in business as of the expiration date of your certificate, DADO will refund your purchase price.
